What credit cards are accepted?
We currently accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. We do not currently accept checks or cash.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is charged only in the state of Michigan.
Item availability
We make a conscious effort to stock top selling items at bellabluboutique.com. On occasion we may run out of a particular item. In the event you should order something on back-order you will be notified via e-mail.
Shipping and handling
Currently we only ship in the USA.
Orders will be shipped within 48 hours Monday thru Friday excluding holidays. You will be notified via e-mail if we are out of stock on any particular item. We use Ups, FedEx and United States Postal Service.

In the event you do not take delivery on your package you will be charged a $10 handling fee plus the shipping charges that we have incurred.

Return Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that have not been worn, washed or altered in any way! All tags are to be attached. You will have 21 days to return your item from the date of purchase. You will be refunded in the form in which you have paid. Your refund will be processed 3 to 7 business days from receipt. Please note that we do not refund shipping and handling charges.
How do I make a return/exchange?
Follow directions on your invoice. Pack merchandise in the original package if possible. We strongly recommend that you send your package certified to ensure confirmation of receipt. We are not responsible for packages that have not been sent from us.
